3rd Annual Fantasy Football Forum
I won two tickets to the 610’s Fantasy Football forum. Not having played in a Fantasy Football league in the past, this was a great learning experience into how Fantasy Football is played. The forum was very informative and was even more entertaining. The forum was monitored by 610’s Morning Host Sean Pendergast and the panel included fantasy football analyst/specialist The Real Lisa Ann, former Texans, Buccaneer and Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts, and Rick Kamla, former NBA announcer for CBS and host for the long running “Fantasy Insider”.

2012 Fan Fest
At the 2012 Sports Radio Fan Fest featured many current and past radio host. Most notably Nick Wright who is currently a co-host along with Hall of Famer, Chris Carter and Jenna Wolfe on FS1’s morning show “First Things First“, 3 time Super bowl winner and 610 Host, Ted Johnson, Rich Lord, Josh Innes, John Lopez and others. Former Oilers including Earl Campbell, along with Ernest Gibbons, Daniel Manning, Haywood Jeffries were on hand to sign autographs for the hundreds of fans. A forum was held hosted by Josh Ines with Ernest Gibbons and Haywood Jeffries. Other celebrities on hand were Tom Tynam and several Texans Cheerleaders. Josh Innes made a big splash in the dunking booth. Great fun filled day and a chance to meet a variety of folks.

Sports Radio 610 hosted the Beer Pong Bowl at Fuddruckers. Contestants challenged each other for the top prize of $1,000, with $500 for second and $250 for third place.

Battle in the Alley-June 4, 2019
Rich Lord an Clint Stoerner met at the first Battle in the Alley bowl-off at the Lucky Strike Bowling Alley in Downtown Houston. Stoener won the matchup, largely due to the wrong bowling ball provided Rich Lord. According to Rich, the 12 pound ball had finger holes too small and had to use a 16 pound ball, which eventually took its toll on his arm.
